Government of U.P. and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 and consequently take action against Maddela Chaitanya Vijakar, Managing Director, Perumallu Capital City, situated at Endroy Village, Amravathi Mandal, Guntur District, by registering F.I.R. and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondent No.3 to take action on the petitioner's complaint before Spandana, vide C.No. /A10/2021 dt. 22-03-2021, as well as complaints Dt. 09-08-2021 and 02-09-2021 pending disposal of the above writ petition and to pass Counsel for the Petitioner: M KESAVA RAO Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR HOME The Court made the following order:

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.3 in not taking any action on the petitioners complaint before Spandana, Office of the S uperintendent of Police, Guntur Urban District vide C.No. /A10/2021 dt. 22-03-2021, and complaints Dt. 09-08-2021 and 02-09-2021 as illegal, arbitrary, un constitutional and violative of principles of natural justice and contrary to Art.14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also contrary to the judgment in Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of U.P. and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 and consequently take action against Maddela Chaitanya Vijakar, Managing Director, Perumallu Capital City, situated at Endroy Village, Amravathi Mandal, Guntur District, by registering F.I.R. and pass..…”
2. Heard Sri M.Kesava Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that basing on the petition filed by the petitioner herein through Spandana before the Superintendent of Police, Guntur District, the S tation House Officer, Arundalpet called both parties for preliminary enquiry. After due enquiry it has come to light that, there is a civil dispute between the parties. As the matter is purely civil in nature, the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties.
4. Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedies before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
