The petitioner has filed this petition seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with a prayer that he is a doctor of Anesthesiology and he is presently working at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Raipur, however, he has filed an application in which he has been called for an interview in the AIIMS, Nagpur, but, AIIMS, Raipur is not giving him No Objection Certificate (NOC) to appear in the interview as such he has filed the instant petition for getting the permission. 2. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the AIIMS, Raipur submits that in order to run the AIIMS, Raipur properly they need doctors with good qualification as such they do not want to leave the petitioner. 3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is only seeking permission to appear in the interview, he cannot be restrained from appearing in the interview. 3 4. The respondents authorities are directed to consider the case of the petitioner and to grant him due permission so that he may appear in the interview at AIIMS, Nagpur. Accordingly, the AIIMS, Raipur is directed to accord permission to the petitioner to appear in the interview at AIIMS, Nagpur, forthwith. 5.
