2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 206 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to allegation, when the informant was
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33704 of 2025(4) dt.09-10-2025 2/2 going to his maternal uncle’s house, the accused persons assaulted him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners and the informant are students of the same college and due to some petty issue, a quarrel took place between them. The doctor has opined that the injuries are ‘normal’ in nature.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-II, Danapur in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 206 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
