Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that a case was registered in Cr.No.4 of 2021 of Rudravaram Police Station for the offences punishable under Section 509 read with 34 IPC and Section 3(1)(r),3(1)(s) of the SC & ST (POA) Act. 4. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. However, police are directed to follow due process of law regarding the crime which is registered against the petitioner.
