The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer:- “The petitioners therefore, pray that the Hon’ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ application and after hearing the petitioners advocate, issue a writ in the nature of mandamus by directing the Opposite Party No.3 Tahasildar, Jharsuguda to delete the note of possession in remark column of the ROR vide Hal Khata No.196, Hal Plots No.929 area AC.0.2200 decimals & 932 Ac.0.1000 decimals situated in Mounza-Jharsuguda Unit No.3 Debadihi P.S. Jharusuguda, under Jharsuguda Tahasil in the district of Jharsuguda as per Board of revenue, Circular No-XII-65/87-8080/LRS, dated 13.07.1987. And further be pleased to direct the Opposite Party No.3 to dispose of the representation vide Annexre-4 in order to look into the grievance of the petitioners and to take decision following the Board of Revenue Circular dated 13.07.1987 within a stipulated period. And may pass any such other order/orders and direction/directions as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper; For this act of kindness, the petitioners shall as in duty bound ever pray.” 3. This Court finds that highlighting his grievance the petitioners have submitted representation addressed to the Tahasildar, Lalabahadur Singh Deo & Others .… Petitioners Represented by Mr. S.K. Said representation is yet to be disposed of. 4. Considering the limited grievance, the writ application is disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Jharsuguda to take decision on the representation so submitted as early as possible, preferably within four weeks from today.
