As per paragraph-6 of the writ petition, the alleged threat of demolition is by the officers of Nagar Nigam, Ghaziabad. However, Nagar Nigam, Ghaziabad has not been impleaded as respondent but instead of this, the petitioner has chosen to file the writ petition against UPSIDC and the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA). 2. Sri Tejasvi Mishra, learned counsel appearing for GDA states that the GDA has no concern with the matter, as the alleged threat of demolition is not by GDA but by Nagar Nigam, which is not impleaded as respondent. 3.
