The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks liberty to challenge the speaking order dated 04.07.2025, which came to be passed in consequence to the interim orders dated 08.05.2025 passed in W.P.No.12856 of 2025. Inasmuch as, by the aforesaid impugned orders, this Court has permitted petitioners to make a representation to reconsider the interim orders under challenge in the writ petition, and on such representation being made, the 4th respondent was directed to consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, now as by speaking orders, the request of petitioners came to be rejected, this Court is of the opinion that there would not be any contempt against such order. Therefore, petitioner is permitted to take appropriate steps against rejection order dated 04.07.2025. 2. This Court is of the opinion that there would not be any contempt in respect of the rejection order dated 04.07.2025. 3. The present contempt case accordingly stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
