The present application has been instituted by invoking the Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying for enlarging the accused applicant, namely, Shri Baljeet Sigh Virdi on bail in connection Page No.# 2/3 with Chimpu P.S. Case No. 86/2023 under Section 420/34 IPC. The FIR in the matter was lodged on 22.11.2023 and the same was registered as Chimpu P.S. Case No. 86/2023. 3. The allegation levelled against the accused is that the accused had defaulted in providing JCB on hired basis in spite of having taken advance amount for the purpose in pursuance to a verbal agreement entered into by and between the accused and the informant in the matter. The advance money was so received by the accused in the month of July, 2021. In pursuance to registration of the above said case, the accused was arrested on 12.05.2025. 4. I have perused the case diary as produced by learned Additional Public Prosecutor and find that the co-accused, namely, Sarabjit Singh Virdi has already been granted interim bail by Coordinate Bench of this Court in AB No. 72(AP)/2025. 5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the accused person and also the fact that co-accused had already been granted privilege of pre-arrest bail, this Court is of the considered view that the accused, namely, Baljeet Singh Virdi shall be enlarged on bail in connection with Chimpu P.S. Case No. 86/2023 under Sections 420/34 IPC on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.1,00,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Capital Complex, Yupia subject to the following to conditions:- 1. That the accused applicant shall cooperate with the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when called for; Page No.# 3/3 2. That the accused applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts either to the Police Officer or to the Court; 3. That the accused applicant shall not hamper or tamper with the evidences and the witnesses of the case; 4. That the accused applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Capital Complex, Yupia without prior permission. 6.
