Heard Mr. Arvind Shrivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. Swajeet Ubeja, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for respondent No.1/State. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer: “i) quash/set aside the FIR of Crime No.925/2024 u/s 306 R/w 34 of IPC registered against the petitioner in police Station Civil Lines, District Bilaspur (C.G.) (Annexure P/3). ii) or any other relief as the Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the interest of justice, equity and good conscious.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the present CRMP has been filed for quashing of the FIR, but in the present case, investigation has been concluded and charge-sheet has been submitted in the Court concerned and he prays that the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file the same challenging the charge-sheet. 4. Learned State counsel and learned counsel, appearing for respondent No.1, has no objection. 3 5. Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. 6. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition challenging the charge- sheet before the appropriate forum, if so advised.
