ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring action of the 3rd and 4th respondents in repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station and pressurizing the petitioner to settle the civil disputes and Madrasa-e- Noorti Huda Mosque and Madras with the respondents 5 to 11 as illegal, arbitrary, one without jurisdiction and violative of Article 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd and 4th respondent not to interfere in the civil disputes by calling the petitioner to the police station and pressuring the petitioner to settle the civil disputes with the respondents 5 to 11 and pass....…”
2. Heard Sri G.Sravan Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner calling to the police station and pressurizing the petitioner to settle the civil disputes and Madrasa-e-Noorul Huda Mosque and Madras with the respondent Nos.5 to 11 are they trying to interfere in the civil suit vide O.S.No.89/2023 on the file of III Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kurnool.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
5. Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the police not to interfere in civil dispute. In case any crime, if any, is

registered against the petitioner by this time, the police are directed to follow due process of law to secure the presence of the petitioner before the police. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________________
