Vide orders at Annexures – G and I, the respondents were directed to be enrolled as a member of the petitioner – Society, for which an objection was raised by the petitioner with the State Government. 3. It is claimed that the objection dated 21.10.2024 was not decided till date. 4. In this background, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the Secretary of the respondent – State Government on 17.03.2025. 5. We direct the State Government to decide the representation expeditiously and in any case within a period of six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 6.
