Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3. The petitioner had lodged a complaint and sought a direction under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. in C.M.P.No.4352 of 2023. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Thittakudi, by an order dated 24.12.2024, directed the respondent to register an FIR and proceed with the investigation. However, till date, the respondent has not registered the FIR and has failed to comply with the said order. 4. In view of the above, the respondent is directed to register the FIR forthwith, as directed by the Judicial Magistrate, Thittakudi, dated 24.12.2024 in C.M.P.No.4352 of 2023, forthwith and proceed with the investigation in accordance with law. 5.
