By the present petition the petitioner is seeking direction towards the respondent to make CMPF amount payment due to the petitioner as per succession certificate and other dues. 2. Perusal of the last order sheet shows that there was a direction to the petitioner to provide CMPF Number of Late Jasbir Singh Garewal and there was a direction to Respondent No. 3 to apprise the court about the payment of the said amount on the next date of hearing. 3. Learned counsel for respondents No. 3 submits that on the last date of hearing the CMPF No. provided by the petitioner i.e. BLP/36/125 regarding Late Jasbir Singh Garewal was wrong. 3 However, learned counsel for the petitioner has supplied the correct CMPF NO. which is BLP/1/1886 on 24.12.2024. 4. Considering the submission made, as the correct CMPF NO. of Late Jasbir Singh Garewal has been supplied, Respondent No. 3 is directed to disburse the CMPF amount of the petitioner within 15 days from today. As far as other retiral dues are concerned, the petitioner is directed to make representation before Respondent No. 1 and after verification of the claim made by the petitioner, respondent NO. 1 is directed to disburse the other retiral dues to the petitioner, if he is entitled within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
