Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. 2. The present writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "i). Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to nominate the expert for appointment of vacant post in the petitioner institution. ii). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to decide the applications/letters dated 31.01.2025 & 10.03.2025 (Annexure Nos.8 & 9 to this writ petition) submitted by the petitioners to nominate a subject expert." 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that application of petitioner for nominating a subject expert for filling up the vacant posts in petitioner's institution is pending consideration before the respondent no.3, however, till date no order is passed. The direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the same. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that application of petitioner would be decided in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that the application of petitioner pending before respondent No.3 - Vice Chancellor, Sampurnanand Sanskrit Vishwavidyalya, Varanasi, be decided expeditiously preferably within a period of one months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.
