CMP(M) No.83 of 2025 in LPA Filing No.56767/2024; CMP(M) No.92 of 2025 in LPA Filing No.56753/2024; & CMP(M) No.398 of 2025 in LPAST No.9606 of 2025 Mr. Yogesh Kumar Chandel, Advocate, puts in appearance on behalf of the respondents-writ petitioners, in all these matters, and submits that he has already filed Power of Attorneys in the office. 2. These applications have been filed for condonation of delay in filing the appeals. Delay is stated to be of 135 days each in CMP(M) No.83 of 2025, titled as State of HP and others Versus Harish Kumar and CMP(M) No.92 of 2025, titled as State of HP and others Versus Priyanka Kumari and in 3rd matter, i.e. CMP(M) No.163 of 2025, titled as State of HP and others Versus Bharat Kumar, there is delay of 163 days. 3. Keeping in view the reasons given in the applications, duly supported by affidavits of the official, we find sufficient cause to condone the above delay in filing the appeals. 4. Accordingly, these applications are allowed and delay in filing the appeals in all these matters is condoned. 5. Appeals be registered. 6. Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
