Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent is insisting upon the original title documents and since the same has been misplaced and is not traceable, the settlement deed is not registered. 4. In the considered view of this Court, if the title documents have been misplaced and lost and a publication has been made in the newspaper, a recital in that effect shall be included in the settlement deed.
