The only grievance of the petitioner is that despite order dated 20.04.2022 passed by the District Level Committee under Andhra Pradesh Dotted Land (Updation in Re-settlement Register) Act, 2017, the respondent Nos.3 to 5 not implementing the same by updating the revenue records at column No. 16 by incorporating the name of the petitioner over the subject lands. 2. On perusal of the said order, it is clear that the 2'"'^ respondent Committee categorically directed the respondent Nos.4 & 5 to incorporate the name of the petitioner in respect of land to an extent of Ac.1.08 cents in Sy.No.559/a of Pothapolu Village of Madanapalle Mandal, Chittoor District in Column No. 16 of Resettlement Register of the said village, as per the provisions of Sub-Section (3) of Section 4 of the Andhra Pradesh Dotted Lands (Updation of Re-Settlement Register) Act, 2017. 3. The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the said order attained finality. 4. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.3 to 5 to implement the order dated 20.04.2022 passed by the 2 nd respondent by incorporating the name of the petitioner in revenue records over the subject lands within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 5. With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As sequel the interlocutory applications, if any shall stand closed. Sd/- A.
