The Petitioner had retired from service as Deputy Executive Engineer, APSHSCL, after attaining the age of superannuation. The Petitioner was not paid earned leave of 300 days as on the date of retirement. The Respondent No.1 issued the impugned Proceedings directing the Respondent No.7 to draw and disburse the earned leave to the Petitioner. Accordingly, the Respondent No.7 issued Proceedings directing the Respondent No.3 to draw and disburse the earned leave. As the same is not being disbursed, the present writ petition is filed. 3. Sri K.Mallikarjuna Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for A.P. Housing Corporation, on instructions, submits that the amount claimed by the Petitioner is not in dispute. The bills were also uploaded in CFMS portal and the payment would be made shortly. 3 4. In the light of the submissions made, as there is no dispute about the amount claimed by the Petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondents to disburse the amount due to the Petitioner within a period of two (2) months from today. There shall be no order as to costs.
