...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to pleased to declare the G.O.Ms.No.30, Finance (HR-lll- Pension,GPF) Department, dated 20-02-2022 of the 1st Respondent to the extent of reducing the Additional Quantum of Pension from 10percentage to 7percentage and 15percentage to 12percentage and also to the extent of giving effect of the same on completion of 70/75/80 years instead of commencement of 70/75/80 years and as adopted by the 2nd Respondent by its G.O.O.No.32/CGM(Adm.lS and ERP) 2022, dated 27-05-2022 and by the 3rd Respondent by its T.O.O.(Addl.Secy-Per) Ms.No.2373 dated 23-02-2022 and also consequential recovery of Additional Quantum of Pension paid from 01-04-2020 as per the annexure appended to the W.P. as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 and 16 of the Constitution of India by issuing appropriate writ order or direction more particularly in the nature of Mandamus and consequently direct the 2nd and 3rd Respondents to pay Additional Quantum of Pension @ 10 percentage or 15percentage as the case may be and direct to refund of Additional Quantum of Pension recovered from the petitioners as per the annexure and also to extend the benefit of additional quantum of pension on commencement of 70/75/80 years as the case may be forthwith and to pass

ORDER: The present Writ Petition is filed to declare that the G.O.Ms.No.30, Finance (HR-III-Pension, GPF) Department, dated 20.02.2022, issued by the 1st Respondent, which reduces the additional pension from 10% to 7% and from 15% to 12%, is illegal and arbitrary. 2. It is submitted by Sri K. Rama Subba Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri K. Krishna Bhushan Chowdary, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2, and Sri V.V. Satish, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3, that this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.41889 of 2022 and batch dated 01.09.2025. 3. As it is represented by the learned counsel on both sides that the issue in this writ petition is covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.41889 of 2022 and batch dated 01.09.2025, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order. 4.
