Learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that the preliminary enquiry of the Police would reveal that the issue involved in the present Writ Petition is of civil in nature and the petitioner was permitted to continue his business at the designated place and is carrying out the same. In the said circumstances, the Police will not interfere in such civil disputes. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the light of the submission made by learned Additional Government Pleader, the present Writ Petition may be closed. 4. Accordingly, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is closed, at the stage of admission itself. No costs.
