The present writ petition is filed for direction to the respondents to resolve the resolution for promotion of the petitioner to the post of Lecturer Civics in Vaidik Technical and Industrial inter College, Diviyapur, District- Auraiya. 2. After notice, the respondent no.4 has filed short counter affidavit, in paragraph 9 of the said counter affidavit it is clearly stated that there two posts vacant which are meant for promotional quota of 50 percent and accordingly, both, the petitioner as well as respondent no.6 are entitled for promotion and they are willing to sent the proposals, accordingly. 3. In view of the averments made in the said paragraph, present writ petition is disposed of, directing the fifth- respondent to consider the case of petitioner and sent the proposals for promotion on 50 percent promotional quota to the post of Lecturer Civics with regard to the petitioner.
