The challenge is based on the ground that the petitioner was having allotment of same Plot No. 171 area 90 square meters. The respondents have only changed the area and thus, in fact, it is the same plot which has now been put to auction. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Agra Development Authority, Agra submits that the allotment of the plot of the petitioner bearing No. 171 area 90 square meters was cancelled vide order dated 10.03.2025. The amount deposited against the allotment was also forfeited. The petitioner was intimated about the said fact by registered post and according to him, the registered post was duly delivered on 18.03.2025. 3. As the allotment is not under challenge, therefore, we refrain from examining the issues sought to be raised in the instant petition.
