Government Advocate accepts notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Government Advocate for respondent Nos.1 to 4. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:48695 WP No. 35215 of 2025 3. The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent-authorities to consider her representation dated 10.09.2024 (Annexure-A). 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that, despite of repeated approaches to the respondent-authorities requesting actual compensation for the land utilized for road widening, her representation is yet not been considered till date. 5. Learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 submits that the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2024 (Annexure-A) will be considered in accordance with law, within a time bound manner. 6. Without adverting to the merits or demerits of the petitioner's claim and in view of the submission made on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4, the grievance of the petitioner would stand redressed, if necessary direction is - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:48695 WP No. 35215 of 2025 issued to the respondent-authorities to consider the same and accordingly, this Court pass the following: ORDER i) The writ petition is disposed of. ii) The respondent No.1-Deputy Commissioner is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2024 (Annexure-A) on its merits in accordance with law, within an outer limit of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
