The police arrested Al to A4 and sel'zed 14 red sander logs weighing 208.5 Kgs under cover of a panchanama and a case has been registered against the accused. 4. A perusal of the material on record goes to show that based on the confessional statement of co-accused, the petitioner herein was arraigned as accused in the present crime. Pursuant to the confessional statement of co-accused, no incriminating material has been seized from the possession of the petitioner herein. Petitioner herein was arrested on 24.12.2024 and since then he is ihL''judicial remand. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that, in the present crime, investigation is completed and the police also filed charge sheet. -l\'.-.- 6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner/A5 shall be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Court in the Cadre of Additional District and Sessions Judge for Trial of Red Sanders Smuggling Cases at Tirupathi. 7.
