In view of the above this Court is of the view that no further adjudication is required in this petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to canvass the issues raised in this Writ petition at the time of adjudication in W.P.No.13493 of 2018.
