The court, while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case). The Court made the following ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/accused No.2 and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. For the reasons mentioned in the petition, the Order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2025 in Crl.P.No.1156 of 2025, dated 15.05.2025 that the petitioner/ accused No.2 shall appear before the Customs Commissionerate on first Saturday of every month in between 10.00 a.m., and 5.00 p.m., till filing of charge sheet, is modified. Now, the petitioner/accused No.2 shall appear before the Customs Commissionerate as and when required, till filing of charge sheet. Accordingly, I.A.No.2 of 2025 is ordered.
