Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J.(Oral) The petitioner claims that a college should be re- named, in the name of a freedom fighter in view of the Government Order dated 20.07.2013 (Annexure 1). 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the names of the colleges are to be changed in view of the policy framed by the State of Uttarakhand vide Government Order dated 20.07.2013. The petitioner gave representation on multiple occasions, but they have not been considered by the respondents. He would submit that last representation was given on 03.08.2024 (Annexure 11) which remains undecided. 2 4. Learned State counsel gives a statement that the representation made by the petitioner shall be decided within four weeks from today. 5.
