This is a bail application U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Dhusuri PS Case No.310 of 2022 corresponding to ST Case No.25 of 2023 pending in the file of learned Sessions Judge, Bhadrak, for commission of offences punishable U/Ss.302/201 of IPC, on the main allegation of committing murder of one Pintu @ Debasish Pradhan. 3. Heard, Mr. Sk. Zafarulla, learned counsel for the petitioner; Mr. Birendra Kumar Pardhi, learned counsel, who enters appearance for the informant in the Court today by filing Vakalatnama, which is taken on record and Mr. C. Mohanty, learned Additional Public Prosecutor in the matter and perused the record including the depositions of the witnesses so far examined as produced. 4. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioner vis-à-vis the allegation sought to be brought against him and on going through the evidence of the witnesses so far examined, more particularly that of PWs.10 and 11 taking into consideration the allegation leveled against the petitioner and taking into account the manner in which the deceased was done to death and keeping in view the other circumstances on record in entirety, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 5. Hence, the bail application of the petitioner stands rejected. Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of. 6. In view of the alternative oral prayer as advanced for the petitioner, trial be expedited, if there is no other legal impediment.
