The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer: 2 “It is therefore most humbly and respectfully prayed that the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to exercise its inherent jurisdiction under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and in exercise thereof order dated 04.12.2024 passed in Cr.M.P. No.3277/2024 between Umesh Sahu Vs. State of C.G. and Another may kindly be modify and Criminal Case No. may kindly be correct in the last line of order as mentioned in Para 3 of petition, in the interest of Justice, equity and good consciences.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the last paragraph of the order dated 04.12.2024 passed in Cr.M.P. No.3277 of 2024, Criminal Case No.4108 of 2024 has been mentioned, which is not correct and the correct Criminal Case Number is 4108 of 2023, as such, the same may be corrected. 4. Taking into account the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 04.12.2024 in Cr.M.P. No.3277 of 2024 is modified only to the extent that in the last paragraph, Criminal Case Number be corrected and read as Criminal Case No.4108 of 2023 in place of Criminal Case No.4108 of 2024. A copy of this order be placed along with the order dated 04.12.2024 passed in Cr.M.P. No.3277 of 2024. 5. With the aforesaid modification, instant Cr.M.P. is disposed of.
