In post lunch session, learned counsel submitted that learned counsel for respondents is held up in another court. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the learned trial Judge is insisting the petitioner to proceed with the matter. He further submitted that if the final decree proceedings are proceeded on and decided, the very purpose of filing this Civil Revision Petition would be defeated. Accordingly, prayed to pass interim orders. Earlier this matter was adjourned twice on the request made by learned counsel for respondents, so also today. Perused the record. Prima facie, a point for consideration is made out to be decided in the main CRP, which would take considerable time and hence, there shall be stay of all further proceedings in I.A.No.178 of 2021 in O.S.No.117 of 1990 pending on the file of the court of the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Tirupati, Chittoor District, for a period of four (04) weeks.
