::ORDER ::
The above contempt case has been filed, complaining of the non- implementation of the order dated 18.06.2024 in W.P.No.11853 of 2024. 2. The petitioners filed the aforesaid writ petition complaining of the non- consideration of the application dated 18.12.2023 made by the petitioners seeking deletion of the property of an extent of Ac.1-51 cents, in survey No.303/3, Punganur Revenue Village, from the list of prohibited properties under Section 22 (A) of the Registration Act, 1908, etc. 3. The said writ petition was disposed of on 18.06.2024.
The operative portion of the order reads as follows:
“Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into other disputed facts of the case, with the consent of both the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the 4th respondent – the learned District Collector, Chittoor District to pass appropriate orders on the application made by the 2nd petitioner vide TTA012300116141 dated 18.12.2023, strictly as per law, within six weeks
from the date of receipt of copy of the order and communicate the same to the petitioner. …”
4. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri Kota Sambasiva Rao, learned counsel representing Sri T.S. Rayulu, learned counsel for the respondent, produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the respondent vide ROC No.Land10/494400/2025 dated 23.08.2025, whereby the authority passed a speaking order, in pursuance of the order dated
18.06.2024. 5. In para Nos.3 and 5 of the proceedings, it is mentioned as follows:
“3. On verification of prohibitory properties list and IGRS website, the land in Sy.No.303/3 admeasuring Ac.1.51 cents of Punganuru village (Ethuru survey group) in Punganur Mandal was not notified under Section 22A of Registration Act, 1908. 4. …. 5. In respect of request to modify the wrong entries, the petitioners has to apply afresh for adangal correction.”
6. Since a speaking order has been passed, this Court does not find any violation of the order, dated 18.06.2024, passed in W.P.No.11853 of 2024 as pleaded by the petitioner in the contempt case.
