Petitioners have challenged the orders dated 20.03.2013 and 15.02.2013, passed in favour of the respondent no.3. This writ petition was filed in the year 2017, and counter affidavit has also not been called in this writ petition so far. 5. This Court is not inclined to entertain the contentions raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners at this belated stage. However, having regard to the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners to approach competent authority in the State Government by making a representation. If petitioner makes a representation within two weeks from today, the competent authority shall take decision thereupon within three months from the date of receipt of such representation.
