This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode). 2. Since these two bail applications arise out of one and same case record, the same are heard together and disposed of by this common order with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties. 3. These are 3rd successive bail applications U/S.483 of BNSS by the petitioners for grant of bail in connection with Nandapur P.S. Case No.110 of 2024 corresponding to T.R. Case No.97 of 2024 pending in the file of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Koraput, for commission of offences punishable U/Ss. 20(b)(ii)(C)/25 of NDPS Act, on the allegation of transporting 100Kgs of Contraband Ganja in a Bolero pick up bearing Regd. No.AP-39- TS-7507. 4. Heard, Mr. Kaushik Anand Guru, learned proxy counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. Prasanta Kumar Sahoo, learned counsel for both the petitioners and Mr. P. Satpathy, learned Addl. PP in these matters and perused the record. 5. After having considered the rival submissions and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offence as alleged against the petitioners vis-à- vis the accusations sought to be brought against them and regard being had to the recovery and seizure of 100Kgs of Contraband Ganja which is well above the commercial quantity from the vehicle allegedly in occupation of the petitioners and their consequent failure to satisfy the conditions of Section 37 of NDPS Act, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to any of the petitioners. 6. Hence, the bail applications of each of the petitioners namely R. Kameswar Rao (BLAPL No. 12147 of 2025) and Prasaad Khara @ Khora (BLAPL No. 12253 of 2025) stand rejected. 7. Accordingly, these BLAPLs stand disposed of. A soft copy of this order be immediately transmitted to the Court in seisin over the matter for reference. (G.
