Heard the parties.
The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case No. 221 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 328, 302/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar.
Petitioner and co-accused persons are alleged to have administered poison to the son of the informant, due to which he died.
While granting bail to the co-accused Ankit Kumar @ Ankit Kumar Mandal, this Court has observed that from F.S.L. report, it appears that no pesticidal volatile or non-volatile poison could be detected in the viscera of the deceased.
In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub- Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar, in connection with Mohanpur P.S. Case No. 221 of 2023.
