The allegation against the present appellant is that he has subjected the mentally retarded girl for forceful sexual assault which resulted into her pregnancy, therefore I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. Hence, learned Counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file after DNA reports are received. 2.
