Today, the petitioners were called absent, and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that, based on the complaint made by one Padigireddy Vijayalakshmi, the police registered a case in Crime No. 29 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 420, and 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC against the petitioners. Except for the said case, the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 3 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
