Learned counsel for the applicant has filed the instant bail cancellation application against the order dated 02.01.2025 passed by Session Judge, Bundi. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has supported the instant bail cancellation application. 4. While analyzing the order dated 02.01.2025, it is observed that the Court below considered the age of the applicant and the fact that the applicant has only one criminal antecedent registered [2025:RJ-JP:47209] (2 of 2) [CRLBC-6/2025] against him, the period of custody undergone, and the nature of injuries caused. 5.
