During the course of arguments, it has come to the fore that the allotment order in respect of the land measuring 08 kanals 09 marlas falling in khasra No. 51 situated at village Ramlutta Tehsil Balakote, District Poonch which is subject matter of the present writ petition that has been issued by respondent No. 2 in favour of the respondent No. 3 has outlived its life inasmuch as, the said allotment order was valid only for a period of one year w.e.f 04.05.2024. The aforesaid order was subject matter of challenge before the J&K Special Tribunal, Jammu and vide the impugned order, the Tribunal upheld the validity of the said order. 2. In view of the above development, the challenge to order dated 04.05.2024 passed by respondent No. 2 as upheld by J&K Special Tribunal, Jammu by virtue of the impugned order by way of present writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Sr. No. 01 2 WP(C) No. 2378/2025 3. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of as having been rendered infructuous leaving it open to respondent No. 2 to pass fresh allotment order in respect of the land in question after following the procedure prescribed under law. Once a fresh order of allotment is passed by respondent No. 2, it shall be open to the aggrieved party to take recourse to the remedy available under law.
