BEFORE HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BUDI HABUNG ORDER Date : 22-05-2025 Heard Mr. S. K. Poddar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Page No.# 2/3 Ms. T. Jini, learned Additional PP for the State of AP. By an order dated 07.05.2025, while calling for the record, the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail with certain conditions. After obtaining the interim anticipatory bail, the accused, Mohit Bardia, appeared before the IO of the case on 12.05.2025, and on appearance, the accused was arrested by the IO of the case in connection with Itanagar PS case no. 0203/2023 under section 420/468/471 of IPC, and subsequently on the same date, after recording his police statement, the accused was released on interim anticipatory bail, on the strength of the interim anticipatory bail granted by this court on 07.05.2025. While referring to the case diary, Ms. T. Jini, learned Additional PP submits that after obtaining the interim anticipatory bail, the accused is cooperating and appearing before the IO of the case for further investigation and in view of that, the further custodial interrogation of the accused is not required. In light of the above, and as the accused is cooperating and appearing before the IO for further investigation of the case, the interim anticipatory bail granted to the accused on 07.05.2025 is hereby regularized and made absolute with the following conditions; (i) That the accused shall cooperate and appear before the IO of the case as and when called for. (ii) That the accused shall not hamper or tamper with the evidence(s) of the case in any manner. Page No.# 3/3 (iii) That the accused shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer. This anticipatory bail order shall be read along with the order dated 07.05.2025. With the above, this anticipatory bail application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
