This Contempt petition has been preferred by applicant under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for non-compliance of the order dated 16.8.2024 (Annexure-C/1) passed in WP(S) No.2244/2023. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the order under contempt dated 16.8.2024 (Annexure-C/1) passed by this Court in 2 WP(S) No.2244/2023 has been complied with and applicant has joined on the post of Attendant cum Technician (Trainee) – HVD. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the order dated 18.1.2025 has been issued by respondents’ institution. He is directed to file a copy of said order vide covering memo, during course of the day. 4. Having considered the contentions of learned counsel for both the parties, since the order under contempt has been complied with, therefore, no case of contempt is made out against the respondents. 5. Accordingly, the rule issued to respondents is discharged and contempt proceeding is dropped.
