The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of an order dated 5.9.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.51611/2019 (S-RES). In terms of the said order, this Court had directed that the complainant be promoted to the post of Assistant Professor by re-designation of her post and allowed the writ petition. 2. Learned counsel for the accused has filed a memo, inter alia, affirming as under: "I State that after the common Cadre and Recruitment Rules and Bye law is finalized the name of the complainant will be placed before the Departmental Promotion Committee and promoted to the post Assistant Professor". 3. Learned counsel for the accused states that about three months time would be taken to finalize the rules. In view of the above, we close the present complaint with liberty to the complainant to revive the same, if the order granting promotion is not passed within the aforesaid period. 5.
