GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: 2 “.... toto issue an appropriate Writ Orders or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the Official respondent No.2 and 3 to conduct survey forthwith with the help of Police Aid/ Respondent No.4 for the purpose of to fixation of the boundary stones by considering the representation dt. 25-01-2020 for the property of the Writ petitioner under the Regd. Gift Settlement Deed no. 7407/2016 dt. 09-12-2016 and declare the inaction of the official respondents are illegal, arbitrary, contrary to law and against to the principles of natural justice and consequentially direct the Respondent No.3/ S.H.O Yemmiganur to provide police protection to the Official Respondents No. 2 and 3 while conducting the survey pass.” 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner herein has filed the petition seeking police protection for the purpose of fixing the boundary; however, the police are not the competent authority unless there is a direction from the judicial authorities. 4. Recording the said submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
