JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 13-03-2026 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. 2. This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No.283 of 2025 for the offence under section 309(4) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3. Three unknown miscreants are said to have snatched mobile phone, bag and cash at gun point from the informant. 4. The petitioner has been named by co- accused in his confessional statement. The petitioner is accused in two more criminal cases. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81288 of 2025(3) dt.13-03-2026 2/2 surrender before the Court below without four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, failing which, the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran, will take all steps for arresting the petitioner. 6.
