Jini, learned counsel for the applicants who has filed this Interlocutory Application with a prayer for withdrawing the affidavit- in-opposition filed by them as respondent Nos. 5 & 6 in the connected writ petition being WP (C) 623 (AP) 2024 and for rectifying the typographical/ clerical error in the said affidavit-in-opposition. Also heard Shri H. Lampu, learned counsel for the opposite party/ Page No.# 3/3 writ petitioner as well as Shri B. Picha, learned Standing counsel for the RD Department. Both the learned counsel for the opposite parties have not seriously objected to the prayer made by the applicant. The prayer made has been considered. The error which had crept in the affidavit-in-opposition filed on 22.04.2025 by the applicants as respondent Nos. 5 & 6 indeed appear to be of clerical nature. In view of the above, the applicants are permitted to file an additional affidavit to clarify the said errors. This Court has been informed that the connected writ petition has been fixed on 17.06.2025. The additional affidavit to be filed by the applicants may accordingly be filed before the said date.
