Admittedly, the petitioner herein is an accused in the FIR dated 28.09.2024, registered as Case Crime No.250 of 2024, under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 IPC, Police Station Makkhanpur, District Firozabad. On a pointed query as to how present petition is maintainable at the behest of the accused person, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 4.
