GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: 2 Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not considering the representation of the petitioner submitted by way of legal notices dated 05.01.2021 and 16.02.2021 requesting to pay the prevailing market value of Rs.42,00,000/- per acre to an extent of Ac.0.45 ½ cents in Sy.No.23/2 situated in Guravareddypalem Village, S.N.Padu Mandal, Prakasam District, which was acquired for house site pattas to the weaker sections under the welfare scheme. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, relying upon the counter of the 3rd respondent, submits that the Negotiation Committee constituted for finalization of payment of compensation for the land has conducted a Negotiation Committee Meeting with the concerned landowner including the writ petitioner and fixed the compensation of Rs.19,00,000/- per acre in Sy.No.23/2 of Guravareddypalem Village including all benefits. The landowner/writ petitioner agreed to the above rate of compensation and also signed the concerned G3 Form. Accordingly, the compensation amount of Rs.9,12,000/- for Ac.0.48 cents was credited to his bank account through online dated 12.11.2020. Then the above said land was taken possession and house site pattas were also issued therein. 3 4. After completion of the entire process as per the welfare scheme of housing, the writ petitioner gave legal notices dated 05.01.2021 and 16.02.2021, for which the reply was also given by the Tahsildar dated 04.09.2024, denying the allegations and submitted the real facts. While fixing the compensation per acre for the said land, the basic value register submitted by the Sub-Registrar was also taken into consideration. Finally the petitioner gave consent and received the compensation. 5. In view of the same, no further relief can be granted in this writ petition. 6. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Interim order, if any, deemed to have been vacated. There shall be no order as to costs.
