Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.5/Executive Engineer, Electricity Distribution Division, Deoria should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioners dated November 27, 2024. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.5/Executive Engineer, Electricity Distribution Division, Deoria is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioners dated November 27, 2024 within a period of three weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also the payment of undisputed amount shall be made by the respondents expeditiously. 5.
