This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the slow progress of Complainant Case No.313 of 2020 (Manish Soni Vs. The New India Insurance Company & Another) pending before the Chairman, District Consumer Forum, Allahabad. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that a mandamus may be issued upon the Chairman, District Consumer Forum, Allahabad for expediting the hearing of the aforesaid complaint case. 4. In light of the same, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Chairman, District Consumer Forum, Allahabad to expedite the hearing of Complainant Case No.313 of 2020 (Manish Soni Vs.
