By filing this application, the applicant who is arrayed as respondent No. 3 in the connected writ petition being WP(C) No. 100 (AP)/2025, has prayed for striking off the name from the array of the parties. 4. Mr. H. K. Jamoh, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant who is arrayed as respondent No. 3 in the connected writ petition is a contractor of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCI in short) and there is no grievance raised against the applicant. Therefore, he submits that the applicant is not a necessary party and as such, the name of the applicant may be struck off from the writ petition. Page No.# 4/4 5. Mr. A. Tatak, learned counsel for the opposite party/writ petitioner; Mr. N. Ratan, learned Additional Advocate General, Arunachal Pradesh, appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Mr. N. Khera, learned standing counsel, PGCI, appearing for the respondent No. 4, have submitted that they have no objection as the applicant is not a necessary party. 6. Having considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and considering that the applicant appears to be not a necessary party, as he is only a contractor of the PGCI, who has been arrayed as respondent No. 4, having no grievance raised against the applicant, I am inclined to allow this application. 7. Accordingly, the name of the applicant, namely, M/s Flowmore Limited, represented by its Assistant General Manager, Kamki village, West Siang District, Arunachal Pradesh, is stands struck off from the array of the parties in the connected writ petition being WP(C) No. 100 (AP)/2025. 8.
