This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 07.09.2024, whereby applications moved by the petitioners for Permanent Residence Certificate and Caste Certificate have been rejected. 4. In the rejection order, it has come that the petitioners may move a fresh application annexing I.D. Card as well as Voter List. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they would make a fresh application before the Authority concerned by annexing the I.D. Proof as well as Voter List of the area and other requisite proof of their residence in the State of Uttarakhand. 6. On the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to apply afresh for Permanent Residence Certificate and Caste Certificate annexing all the requisite documents demanded by the respondents.
